Plan your next meeting, party, wedding, or event at the Noble-Seymour-Crippen House. The house is available at any time for groups up to 72 people. Here’s a floor plan. Note that the rear ramp makes it accessible using a wheelchair.

For additional information or to verify open rental dates, contact the rental coordinator, Michelle Kozaritz at michelle@norwoodparkhistoricalsociety.org or via phone: (773) 631-4633. All rentals require Norwood Park Historical Society membership and a security deposit of $500.

With your rental, the Society can furnish:

  • Folding chairs (80 indoor use only) – please check for protective feet.
  • Banquet tables (eight 8-foot and six 6-foot, and ten 48-inch rounds for indoor use only).
  • White linen tablecloths are available for all size tables. There is an extra fee of $5 per tablecloth for their use.
  • Kitchen facilities – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pots.
  • Approximately 20 parking spaces in the rear lot and free parking on the street.

Prices are quoted as needed:

  • Noble Rooms (South/left side/ Dining Room): (Maximum 72 people)
  • Seymour Rooms (North/right side/ Parlor)
  • Second floor (Hall ) (Extra prep space, plus an extra bathroom)
  • Front porch
  • Front lawn
  • Rear yard
  • Outdoor equipment: discuss with rental coordinator
  • 10×10-foot canopy: $25 each (10 canopies available)
  • Highboy tables: $8 each (10 tables available, 24-inch or 30-inch height)
